如何用DeepSeek轻松搞定复杂工作？
在职场中，我们每天都要面对写报告、做汇报、申请专利这些耗时又烧脑的任务。明明知道这些工作很重要，却常常因为思路不清、效率低下而加班到深夜。
今天想和大家分享一个我最近用的非常爽的 AI 能力——用DeepSeek写专利。
在大厂的打工人都知道，写专利是一件让人又爱又恨的事情。爱的是专利不仅可以体现专业亮点，提升影响力，面试更有底气，还有钱赚，甚至我以前有腾讯的同事，靠写专利在深圳买房，让我们羡慕不已。恨的是，写专利那叫一个痛苦，专利交底书有那么多的书写要求，还有不断和专利工程师沟通。即使写完了，可能也会被打回来，理由是“创新点不明确”“权利要求写得太宽泛”之类的。总之，非常花时间，简直让人头大。
但如果现在这事可以交给 AI 来做，我们负责想点子，AI 帮我们完成后续的工作，岂不是非常爽？
想到就马上行动起来。我赶紧把自己之前记录的一些点子拿出来，描述了一些关键词后就丢给了 DeepSeek，通过几个来回调教，很快就完成了一份十分专业的专利交底书。
这里我总结了一个专利提示词模板：
“「你发现的痛点」+「你想到的创意点子 idea」
请帮我基于以上背景及 idea 写出一份高质量的专利交底书，要求符合专利书写规范，按以下框架来写：
缩略词与关键术语解释
技术领域
背景技术
背景技术的缺陷
本发明的发明目的及改进点
技术方案方案实施方式本发明实施方式的有益效果
侵权可视度说明
规避难易程度
发散思维 ”
上面这个格式，就是一个标准的专利交底书的格式范本。可能你还会遇到一些其他问题，比如
1）有时候 DeepSeek 的回答会发现，有些专利和你的想法挺像，那最好需要避开，申请成功率才会更高，所以你可以接着问：
“帮我检查这个专利方案，对比近三年苹果公司的公开专利，列出 5 个需要修改的相似点。”
2）还有的时候，DeepSeek 写出来的技术实施方案不够细致，步骤不全，你可以接着问：
“关于技术方案写的还不够详细，我的想法是 xxx，请结合我的 idea 加以完善”
像对自己的秘书沟通一样教 DeepSeek 帮你写的足够完善，相信我，它可以做到，太强了。
除了写专利，经过无数次测试，我还总结了一些最好用的提问模板：
模板 1：框架生成型
“把资料，整理成包含部分的（文档类型）。”
案例：“我今年的设计产出有这些条目，其中最核心的是这几项内容 XXX，请帮我整理出一份能突出核心业绩的年度总结”
模板 2：问题解决型
“目前遇到问题，请给出个解决方案，需要包含（成本/时间/实施难度）评估。”
案例：“直播带货转化率下降，请给 3 个提升方案，要评估是否需要增加预算。”
模板 3：优化升级型
“请对比和，从角度分析优劣，用表格展示关键差异。”
案例：“对比视频会议和现场培训，从员工参与度、成本、效果三方面做对比表。”
模板 4：创意激发型
“如果要在场景实现目标，请脑暴 5 个突破常规的方案。”
案例：“要在不增加预算的情况下提升展会人流量，请想 5 个新奇的点子。”
模版 5：续写拆分型
“已有部分内容，需要写出相对应的其他内容，具体要求”
案例：“我现在正在写 OKR 目标，已经有了预期目标，现在需要写出对应的评价标准及行动计划，要求是评判标准明确，行动计划，要 SMART。”
这 3 个坑，新手最常犯
① 问题太笼统
错误提问：“帮我写工作总结”
正确姿势：“请根据附件中的项目进度表，写给设计部的季度总结，重点说明设计优化成果，需要 2 个数据对比图表。”
② 缺少关键信息
错误提问：“分析用户数据”
正确姿势：“这是 2024 年几个迭代版本的用户数据表（附件），请找出负面评价较高的几个点，分析可能原因。”
③ 不会追问细化
当第一次回复不满意时，试试这样说：“第三个方案实施成本太高，能否提供更节省预算的替代方案？”“这个结构太复杂，能不能用更通俗易懂的方式再解释一遍？”
你和同事的差距，在于会不会提问。使用 DeepSeek 就像学骑自行车，刚开始可能需要扶着墙慢慢走，但一旦掌握平衡技巧，就能飞速前进。记住三个关键原则：说清楚要什么（明确需求）、讲明白有什么（提供素材）、定好做成什么样（指定格式）。
AI 越来越有用，几乎什么问题都可以结合 AI 来思考，每天要做的就是把问题写成文字，然后丢给 AI，大概率就能得到解决。AI 时代的思维模式，我觉得就是万事皆可问。我在思考，那未来更为珍贵的，到底是什么？我真的有种预感，未来这几年正在孕育一场大的变革，这里面藏着一个巨大的机会，就看能不能抓得住了。
